By accessing https://axionique.com or installing applications developed by Axionique (the "Service") through any third-party software marketplace or platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our software.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our software solely for your internal business purposes on the platform for which it was designed. Under this license, you may not:

We may make changes to the Service at any time without notice to improve performance or comply with platform updates. While we strive to maintain compatibility, Axionique does not warrant that the Service will remain compatible with all future versions of the platforms it integrates with.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license to use the Service at any time if you violate these terms. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling our application and ceasing all use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cyprus for the resolution of any disputes related to these terms.
