The Standard plan is €39 per month.

This includes access to the cloud-based back office to manage your business and view analytics.

It also includes a software licence to install the POS software on one device only.

You will need to purchase additional software licences for each device that you want to install the POS software on. Each software licence is €39 per month.

Example:

  • 1 POS device: €39 per month
  • 2 POS devices: €78 per month
  • 3 POS devices: €117 per month
  • 4 POS devices: €156 per month
  • 5 POS devices: €195 per month

Hardware is not included. The Standard plan pricing is for access to the cloud-based back office and for POS software installation only.

If you require POS hardware, you can purchase directly from our vendor list.

For any hardware problems, please contact the vendor directly — Axionique does not provide hardware support.

Axionique offers just one subscription plan — the Standard plan — but you can change the number of POS software licences easily, whenever you need.

Billing is always updated in your next billing cycle.

Adding licences:

You can add more licences anytime. They become active right away, so you can start using new POS terminals immediately. You’ll see the extra cost on your next bill.

Removing licences:

You can also reduce your licence count anytime. The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can continue using those POS terminals until then, and your bill will be lower starting next month.

You can cancel your subscription anytime within the subscription section in your account.

Your current billing period will continue as normal — your POS terminals will keep working, and you’ll still have access to your back office until the end of the billing period.

After that, your POS terminals will stop working, and you won’t be charged again.

Even after cancelling, you’ll still be able to access your account settings, and you can restart your subscription anytime in the future.
